Base station is not detected during the setup using computer and mobile Phone
I need to connecting to alro site or application with a VPN because in my area arli site and application is blocked and i can't enter this site without use vpn and my base station can't detect during setup of home security system. What should i do?

Can't really say without actually being able to duplicate your scenario. I know some VPNs need a setting to allow the VPN to access the internet. Maybe your setup only allows access to the internal network?
