Base station is connected to the router but does not have an internet connection

I have the power light (Green) Internet connection light (Amber)

I'm installing this at my home.

 

Please help

It would seem that the router is blocking access.  Try rebooting the router, use a different Ethernet cable, verify ports 80 and 443 aren't blocked by the router.

New user here. Base Station is working and synced camera's. However my base stastion not able to connect to intenet (amber light on Netgear router). I opened ports (port forwarding) 443 and 80 and rebooted as suggested. Still not able to connect base station. Next step?

We have all the green lights, both cameras are sync but I get a sync cameras! !!

Does the router show that the base has an IP address?
