Base station and cameras going off line

I'm wondering if anyone else has had these issues since Arlo became its own company.  For the first couple of years I had this system (base station and 4 cameras) it was great, few problems.  Now the base station randomly goes off line for a period of time for no apparent reason, then coming back online minutes later.  I use re-chargeable batteries, yet after re-charging the batteries for one of the 4 cameras, the camera now refuses to come back online or sync with the base station.  No reason why, all the other cameras work.  Seems like this system is becoming increasingly unreliable as time goes on.
