Base Station tried to do firmware update but didn't work. Resolved after calling support team.
My base station wanted to do a firmware update i tried and tried but it did not work, i did e everything i could think of doing. I ended up ringing Arlo and told them the problem.
The lovely lady asked be to do a Factory reset but that didn't work, so she got me to remove the base station from the app and reinstall it. It worked, I'm so very happy after working on it for 4 days. The firmware just didn't want to update but when i reinstated the base station it did the firmware update at the same time. I had to resync my cameras but that was easy. All is working again. Thank you Arlo, i didn't get her name.
