base station vmb3000

hi, My system was working fine until a couple of days ago, my app now shows the base station is offline. I have turned the base station off and on, reset it, removed cables but with no joy. The base station power light is permanent amber

On the 3000, the power light is amber usu only during boot up. ( or HW problem )

if a full reset hasn’t fix it ( then you claim it as if new ), sound like it is doa
