Base Station not responding

My system spends most of its time offline.

The LED lights on the base station just continue flashing left to right across the station.

I have tried to factory reset and and it just continues flashing as described above

...

 

Any Ideas?

The video was set to private, you should be able to view it now if you want.

As mentioned...first time in 2 years I've seen that..

 

If the reset didn't work, contact Netgear as it's prob faulty

 

PS warranty is 1 yr

I agree this is very strange behavior. Did a factory reset (press and hold the reset button until all LEDs flash amber) result in the same behavior?

 

You might also consider plugging the base station into different wall outlets as it could possibly be a power issue.

 

As suggested above, if these steps don't help, contact support for further investigation.
