-Tried updating the base with cameras synced.

-Shut off base station. Turned back on and tried to update.

-Rebooted base station, then tried to update.

-Waited over night to see if it would update.

-Disconnected cameras, tried to update.

-Disconnected cameras tried to reboot, then update.

-Turned off base station. No cameras attached. Turned back on. Tried to update.

-Disarmed base station.  No cameras attached.  Tried to update.

-Deactivated base station.  Disconnected from router. Turned it off.   Re-installed it, then tried to update before syncing cameras. Numerous times.

-Restarted base station.  Still no cameras synced. Tried to update.

-Synced cameras back in.  Tried to update.  Numerous times.

All above attempts have failed to update the base station firmware.  Where do I go from here?

Open a case with support.

BTW, slow Internet access can cause this. What are your speeds as measured by speedtest.net?

You may be right.  I'm not sure what's considered reasonable for internet speeds...

Download 1.30 mbs

Upload 3.26 mbps

Latency 43 ms

...but these are variable when testing a few times.  This is a small business.

Should I try hooking the base up at home and see if I can load the update?  Not sure my home speed is any better.

By the way, the model number is VMS3230...purchased recently from Best Buy.  The model number isn't listed in the drop down box above.

Setting the system up at home and then moving to the business is a good idea.
