Base Station VMB4000 Is Offline

A few weeks ago successfully installed security lights.  Cameras that I ordered from Costco have finally arrived and am setting them up.  All lights are solid green and my base shows up on my equipment, but it says it is offline.  Also, one of my lights suddenly went offline too.  I haven't synced them to the cameras yet.  My router is from Xfinity,
