Greetings,

I have an Arlo base station VMB3000. It currently will not power on. When i remove the power supply and wait a min then plug it back in, the ethernet and wifi LED's will flash once, then nothing. Any ideas?

Test the output of the power supply with a voltmeter. I believe it should be 12 volts DC. That should help nail down whether it's the power supply or base. If it's the supply, a universal type supply can be purchased. You just need to verify the settings to match the OEM including the polarity of the plug as well as its size.

IIRC, it's 12v center positive with 5.5mm coaxial plug ( may be 5mm so check )

Thanks for the reply. I think my power supply is bad. I've ordered a new one.

I purchased a new power supply from Netgear. I am still not getting power to the base station. I am getting a flash of the Ethernet and the home icons then nothing.

Sounds like the base has failed.
