If I use the app or the website I see the message that the base station is offline, but all the led are on. I try to restart the base station, change the cables and reconnect the cameras, buto nothing happened.

Please I need help.

If the 3 LEDs are green, it's a display issue. Try logging out and back in as well as trying both the app and a computer browser. If the app is failing, restart the phone and reinstall the app.

What color are the LEDs on the base station? Is the base station offline or are the cameras?
