Base Station Amber Power Light

Sometime yesterday evening my Base Station power LED went solid amber.  I tried removing it from 'Devices', unplugging it, and performing a factory reset.  With everything I try, all LEDs blink green once, then the power LED turns amber and stays in sold.  I searched help, but found nothing that works for me.  What is wrong with my base?  How there been a recent update?
