Trying to connect my camera but it won’t connect to router

New to arlo and trying to connect my camera but it won’t connect to the router. Not sure how to sync and connect

Hopefully you bought a system that includes a base station. You claim that first and then sync the camera to the base. You can't connect the camera directly to your WiFi - it has to use the dedicated WiFi provided by the base.

 

Some of the newer cameras allow you to connect directly to your WiFi if that's what you're after. Check out the product information at arlo.com for full details.
