Arlo wont store video to cloud even though setup was trouble free. Manual snapshot works fine

No problem with setup and registration, everything works, live streams fine and motion send alerts BUT no video records and nothing shows on cloud except manual snaps.  How can I get video working?

Whne using the ARMED mode, is the "running man" Black when looking at the live view screen ?

Black means the motion-activated -record is active.
