Netgear VMB3000 Base Station Won't Reset

My base station stopped working. The cameras show offline and the base station has 1 amber light on the left side. Have unplugged it, replaced the network wire and have pushed the reset button, nothing helps. Still 1 amber light on base station. How can I get this to reboot? Batteries are good in the cameras.

Did you hold down the reset button for at least 10 seconds.  If that does not work,  Open up a case with Netgear support

Yes, I held the rest for 10 seconds. Thanks for the comment, I will submit a support ticket.
