Arlo won't let you cancel, they should be ashamed

Have you tried to cancel service?  Impossible!  A company like Arlo should not be able to operate. Their directions to cancel do not work.  I have read other posts and the steps they suggests are either not possible or not accessible.  My email is correct and I can login, but no path to cancel is available.  This is a truly awful company that does not want happy customers.  There is no phone number to call, they do everything they can to hide from their customers.  Really bad.  If I do not get a response as to how to cancel within 24 hours, there is going to be some really bad reviews all over Amazon.
