Arlo won't connect to internet. Using Arris SufBoard Tower

The model # is VMB3500. It won't connect to the internet. Is Arlo compatible to Arris SufBoard Tower

Some of the Arris modems/routers have a firewall that blocks the ports, 80.123 and 443 that Arlo needs. I think the solution is setting up port forwarding, but since I don't own Arris products, I don't know how to do that. If this unit belongs to your isp, contact them and see if they can help, if not try to contact Arris customer service. You might also view videos on youtube for your particular model.
