I have 5 cameras and they have all been installed for a couple months.  I shut one of the cameras off for a while.  I tried to turn it back on and it won't respond.  I have put new batteries in it.  I have synced it with the base station and it indicates it has synced correctly, but doesn't show up in the app.

The other 4 cameras are showing up correctly and responding just fine.

What's the problem?

It shows up no place in the app. even Settings, My Devices?  If it does, try removing it from there and resync.  If it doesn't, try a power cycle of the base.  Also try both app and a browser.
