Arlo wireless camera - New installation

I am setting up the Arlo system for the first time and the installation process seems to be very simple. However, the cameras aren't showing up in the app even though each camera synced to the base station just fine. What am I doing wrong?

Simple fix.....pushed the reset button on back of base station. Should have tried that first.

Power down the base via the POWER BUTTON on back... turn back on , it will reboot in about 1-2 mins , may fix the problem.
