Cannot access videos past 1(one) week

I can no longer access videos beyond a week. Previously, I could click on library and go back as far as I needed to view different dates. The format has changed and the system is no longer useful to me. What has happened?

Guessing you have only the basic plan like me.  You get 7 days. Period.  The housecleaning before was, ummm, lax so I could frequently see maybe 3 weeks back.  Perhaps it's now strictly enforced.
