My cable company (Comcast) had a firmware (Cisco) update on their router and now my Arlo Wire-Free Base station will not work. I can't get it to sync even though the wifi icon it lit up. When I hit the "searching for your device" the base station is not being picked up. Can someone help me?
Thanks

With the base connected directly to your router by ethernet cable, the power internet and camera lights should all turn green a couple of minutes after powering it up.
Are all of them green?
Have you tried restarting your Cisco router and the base?

I agree with Streak2. If the power cycle of the router and base doesn't give you a green LED for the Internet, you'll likely need to contact Comcast so they reconfigure the router to allow access to arlo.netgear.com.
