ONE YEAR, One month and two weeks and the arlo camera died. Camera wouldn't take the firmware update, then wouldn't sync to base station. Called tech support and as I'm just over one year, I'm out of the warrenty (August 21, 2015 install date). 

 

For the excessive cost of a camera (150.00) and it lasts just about over one year.... how long will the Orbi's last? I was going to invest in an Orbi system... but this issue with my arlo camera has helped to change my thinking on this. Sadly, netgear has just lost a loyal fan as I my trust in netgear products has completely disappeared.

Before you panic, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and try to resync with fresh batteries.  Make sure the sync button on the base is only pressed briefly (<1 second).
