All Arlo cameras use to record video when there was motion. Now only two record and save to a library. What is the problem. What am I doing wrong. Do I change to another security camera brand??????

It might be just a failed camera, battery firmware.

Things to try are power cycle the base station, pull camera battery for 10sec to reset it.

Check the armed mode for the camera has the camera rule.

Live view and record to cloud library.
