sun chargers that will work with the base VMB4500

Does anyone know how to find out Arlos customer service number that you can talk to a real person?

I am interested in buying the sun chargers that will work with the base VMB4500.  I have no idea what Arlo system cameras I have or how to find out.

 Solar panels are for the cameras, so you need to know the camera models.

If you can't remove the cameras from their housing, then you have one of the two Arlo Essential models (one has a spotlight, the other does not).

Otherwise remove the cameras from the housing, and also remove the battery.  You'll find a label inside that will tell you the camera model.
