Hi all, 

 

I have read the forum and contacted support (no reply).

 

Simple system to cameras - one basestation. Had what appears to be the common issue of updating the firmware not working. Contacted support and advised the attach the camera via usb and "throw a six to start" support procedure of hoping the firmware would then update over night. It did. 

 

However attempting to update my second camera - no USB port is present. Now am I just being stupid ? Any help would be great - not heard anything back on it from support. 

 

I'd echo all the comments here could be a great product but the support and the firmware procedure is awful.

The first camera must have been Pro/Pro2 camera, and not the original WireFree.
