Please make an attempt to provide someone who is willing to help with an issue. My cameras no longer record motion. After 3 phone calls and a 50 minute chat the only consisent result I have received is no help and people who will hang up and be rude. The upside is that I only have the 2 camera system. Very thankful I did not invest more money into a company that cant, or wont stand behind their product and provide a positive customer service expirience.

What mode are you using? Check the rules within the active mode to make sure they are set up to record when triggered by motion.
