i have an Arlo camera system with 2 cameras, have had it a year now. It has stopped recording and when you hit refresh is say connection lost. i have shut down and restarted the system multiple times and gone through the re sync process. but still no recordings any ideas??? i see in the chat rooms multiple users are having the same problems that i am having with no fix. any help ????

Sounds like a system reset would be in order. Use the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Open and close the battery doors and make sure the batteries are good. Add the base back using the Add Device button on the Devices tab and resync the cameras.
