HW version H7 firmware 1.2.11810 Arlo keeps going off line. Change the batteries and hard time resyncing. After syncing, was on line for couple hours and then went off line again. Two other cameras near. One further away but no problem with them.

WiFi signal quality between the base and camera can be key. Reposition the base and/or camera to see if that helps. Swapping cameras around will help determine if it's a camera or location issue.

I think I found the problem. I was looking closely at the battery door. Open the lock and slide the door open. Seems simple enough. The problem is you can slide the door to far open then lift up. When closing the door on the batteries, if you have the door slid out to far, the contacts don't line up with the batteries. When I slide the door back slightly and made sure I could see the contacts line up, then close the door and slide it back all the way until it locks in. After doing that, the camera synced up quickly and at this time is working. Had camera up for couple of hours and batteries seem to be doing fine. Try my solution and let me know if it works for you.
