I have arlo secure  premium plan.  I have to register with local city police department for permit. They ask name and phone number of monitoring services company. It is unbelievable this information is not accessible easily.

Certificate does not have phone and support says ticket filed and will get back in 48 hours, Arlo support never reached back to me in past.

 

I saw name in my arlo certificate CENTRAL STATION ALARM MONITORING CERTIFICATE but don't see phone. Anyone has the phone number of monitoring company ? Simplisafe these kinds of information was so easy. I like the arolo product, the support is another story!
