Arlo not recording to library, but live record will save?

Since 8th jan no recordings showing up or taking place. Tried rebooting but no good, checked subscriptions. Motion all working on cameras and live record works. Any ideas?

If your LIVE records work but not the ARMED triggered recording, your Mode may not be set right.

Power button reboot the base ,let it come back online.

check by using ARMED mode ... in LIVE View the "running man" for each cam will be BLACK if armed.

If NOT, use remove device in setting for each cam , and then bring them back as new ( resync ; which will rebuild your mode command )
