Arlo model VMB 3000 w/6 cameras

We are having a problem with all 6 cameras showing up on the app.  The 2 Arlo Q's are the only ones showing up.  We pressed the add device button and synced the other camera but they aren't showing up.  We also turned the base station off and then back on with no luck.  Can you tell us how to get all the camera's to show up for taping?  Thanks

Assuming the other cameras are wireless, what are the LEDs on the base showing?  SHould be 3 green ones - power, Internet and camera.
