I am generally not a fan of "forums" or "communities", feeble attempts to obviscate the need for companies to supply technical information on the products they sell.  However, in an effort to help my customers  I have spent many hours scouring them for solutions to issues that have arisen.  The Arlo problem with the camera's failure to operate in low temperatures has been one of those vexing issues.  Although some models will operate without a battery at lower temperatures, mist will not.  I have been testing an externally mounted heater that solves this problem and have been using it at several locations for three years (45+ units) without issue.

What heater are you using?

I make my own.  I will begin producing them for resale as soon as I receive the confirmation of my patent application which should be soon.
