Arlo is not connecting, must be down., Cox Cable

Is Arlo down? I cannot log in. I have tried on multiple devices. It was a working a few hours ago. Queen Creek, Arizona

I removed my base unit and then reinstalled it.....no Arlo is working fine

Mine started working again as well early evening yesterday (between 5/6p MST).  Yes, I was on Cox as well.  While it might have been an issue w/ Cox, I'd like to actually see some evidence of that.  Thus far there's no explanation from anyone official as to what happened (it could have also been Netgear doing something weird with Cox traffic as well).  Would be nice to know what happened, regardless.

I had to remove my base unit then reinstall it then it worked again

Base station is offline and after trying multiple resets, power down, and even tech support for over an hour.....nothing. Power light is green, internet light starts out as orange and then goes away....i'm in NJ fios customer...all my other electronics work and is connected to wifi.

Try removing your base station on your device and then reinstall it...that worked for me
