My Arlo used to have rock solid reliability. I have owned the system for many years and it always provided very reliable service. In the last 2-3 months service reliability has really declined. I am seeing:

 

1. Lost connectivity from cameras to base station requiring a power sycle. This has happened at least four times.

2. Larger than normal battery drain especially while the base station is down.

3. Flash update errors (even though I am running the latest flash)

4. And the current problem of the library showing only videos on May1.

 

I hope Netgear can resolve these issues. I love the Arlo but i need better reliability.

Are you still having issues? There appears to have been a cloud server issue today

I am. One of my cameras was offline this morning and I needed to power cycle it to get it back online. 😞

Does the camera that went offline have full signal strength? It could be an interference or range issue causing the camera to drop offline. You could temporarily swap that camera with a camera that is behaving normally to further isolate the issue.
