I get this msg. when I attempt to log on the app & view my cameras. ..."Arlo devise appears off line ....pls make sure it is powered and connected to the internet"?
- any ideas on how to make it simple & reconnect so I can view my cameras ?

If you are at the same location as the base, you could power button recycle the base unit

thanks for the quick reply.
When I turn the power button off then back on the base station ..only 1 light remains ON..it's orange ?...no green lights come back on ?...any ideas ?

From Left, the LEDS are POWER-INTERNET-CAMERAS syncd
The POWER button should ALWAYS be green unless the base is booting up... then it is amber
Lets go with the easy things first;... Unplug you MODEM, ROUTER,and ARLO BASE... plug them back in one at a time in same order giving time for each to com back online... hopefully, when you get to the base it will start amber but turn green ( and then internet will come back too, you may or maynot have to sync the cameras,,they take about 15-20 sec each to come back )
If not and power is still amber. you'll have to RESET the base... hold in the reset button for 10 secs with paperclip till the from LEDS flash amber.
Let the base reboot and power should go green after a min or two...then internet... you'll prob have to resync the cameras (quick push on base sync button )
If the power led stay amber... contact Netgear Support
