while away travelling for 5 weeks I noticed that messages had stopped coming through

upon checking app the message on each camera (3) says Arlo device appears offline

 

this is disappointing as the only time I really need the cameras to work is when I am away for extended periods

 

is their any thing I can do remotely ?

 

could it be a recent app upgrade?

 

it would not be batteries in all three at once !

Robertjwilli,

 

You can try remotely rebooting the base station by navigating to Settings > My Devices > select your base station > Restart.

 

It is possible that the batteries are drained which has caused the cameras to drop offline.

 

Where is the base station located? Are there other nearby wireless devices that could be causing interference between the cameras and the base?
