Arlo cannot view live feed and shows firmware update all the time

I cannot look at the live feed for my camera. It always is in a firmware update. I've tried repairing it and syncing and turning it off. It's the only camera that I cannot see live feed. Any help is appreciated. Every time I try to look at live feed it says firmware update and goes again and again

Try removing the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. It that doesn't work, a brute force effort may help byt removing ALL devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base and then sync the cameras, performing firmware updates as you go.
