Arlo can’t discover my base station during installation; what do I do?

I have all three green lights on the base station and have tried on multiple attemps to reset the base station using the sync and reset to get the three lights to turn amber, they stay green. What next?

Two yrs ago that was the reset sequence...it change after late Dec , 2015 when the major SW revision happened.

Now to reset the Base, just hold in the reset ONLY with a paperclip for about ten secs till the front LEDs all flash amber

Does resetting with the paper clip require that all cameras will need to be resync'd?

Yes.  In addition, you also need to remove all devices in Settings, My Devices to ensure a proper reset. Then use Add Device to add the base and sync the cameras.

i did that. the 3 lites flashed amber. i now have 2 steady green lites and one amber
