Arlo can't connect to bluetooth

I cant register the product to connect to the bluetooth. I kept just getting the picture of the bird symbol.

Arlo and Arlo Pro do not use Bluetooth at all...the base unit connects to an etherent port of your home router to create a wifi system for the cameras only
