Arlo camera no blue lights no support contact

I have tried to get support via email and live chat for my camera which after going offline and replacing batteries , now no longer has the blue lights and appears to be dead. So far I haven't been able to access any support, is there a direct email address i can contact as the netgear website does not seem to work?

No direct email, only html email and phone number.

 

What blue lights are you talking about...the LED that should flash blue during syncing ?

Yes the blue lights that come on when syncing or when you put new batteries in.   If no lights come on is the camera broken. over 2 hours spent waiting to get chat, no contact. Email link via website also not working.
