Arlo - can I retrieve lost video (older than 7 days) when I sign up for a subscription?

There are some videos that have just dropped off my account because they've just gone older than 7 days.

If I sign up for a subscription, will I be able to see those videos? Or do they literally get deleted after 7 days, rather than just hidden or soft deleted.

Downloading any wanted videos to local is your friend.

To answer your question, MAYBE.

Some in the past have upgraded to the next paid level ( 30 days storage ) to find their videos intact... If the file is important, you can sign up for a month ( IIRC ) which is cheap and possibly get back those videos.

No guarantee tho

For anyone interested, I subscribed - and the videos were there.
