I have an original Arlo base station, with 3 arlo original cameras.

For months, they’ve worked fine.... I did let the batteries die and didn’t get around to recharging them (The rechargeable batteries arlo recommends), for a few weeks. When I did recharge them, the cameras asked for a firmware update.

For some reason now, the cameras aren’t reliable. They’ll pair, but then when you load up the app, it’ll show “the arlo device is offline”.

Battery fully charged..... linked up fine at first.... then after time it’ll disconnect with that message.

A reboot of the base station doesn’t help.

Randomly, they cameras will reconnect, but they’ll go offline again.

The base station is well within signal range (they show 2-3 bars of signal when they show as active in the app)

Ideas?

Try removing a camera from Settings, My Devices and resync. Did that help?
