Arlo camera won’t connect to system

I'm having the same problem. Camera syncs to the base station, but I cannot connect and see video. I've removed & resynched my camera and base station multiple times, and have even factory reset the base station to no avail.

Have you tried both the web client and the app?

This is with the original WireFree cameras (the ones that use four CR123 batteries)?
