Unable to get on hold of support team

I called the support line over two hours ago!!!  I've been on hold the whole time, went from 12th to 9th.  When can I expect someone to answer the phone?  It seems you have only one person taking calls.  This is option 3, the "questions about what product to purchase".  If what I wanted was based on you answering the phone I'd be buying a Ring.

 

Hire some people?  Get your chat software working on a Mac running the latest Chrome?  This is very frustrating!!!

Just got through!  I'm told they have only two people answering the phones.

Can someone "reach out" to me as well?  I've been on hold for over two and headed for three hours!  Each call seems to take the single person answering about 10-15 minutes to answer.  I started out at 12 and am now down to seven.  Someone must have hung up, probably when the battery on their cell lost charge
