One of my Arlo wireless cameras seldom detects motion. If you stand close to it for several seconds, it may detect motion, but not regular motion. I have adjusted sensitivity.

When did this issue first occur with your camera?
Have you tried to remove it from settings > my devices > re-add it?

Deleted the camera then added it. Made no difference. Still won't pick up motion.

I've tried deleting and adding the camera, changing the settings, moving it to a different location. Nothing changes the situation. It picks up motion, but only when very close to the camera.
