My camera's are working outside of my house,but when I try to connect to the live camera's I receive an alert that I'm not connected to the Internet,but I am.How do I fix this problem.

App or browser?  Have you tried the other?  If it's the app, try reinstalling it.  Perhaps a restart of the base using the power button would be useful.
