Arlo camera (device) not appearing in app

I have installed a new Arlo base station and camera. Installation of base station, connecting to internet and Synchronising the wireless camera went fine.

however in the Arlo application on my iPhone no device (camera) is appearing and it is still asking to add a camera..

i have no idea How to get the camera working.. please help.. Thanks!

Try and delete the app, reboot phone via the power button, and re-install the app.

 

If possible test the system on a PC at https://arlo.netgear.com/
