Only one camera shows up on my phone or computer screen

When setting up my system, the very first Q Camera synced fine and shows up.  When trying to add other cameras, they appear to sync but don't show up on my phone or computer screen.

Please post in proper area AND give more info as to the type of cameras, what the base is doing re LEDs on front if using one, etc.
