Arlo battery

I have two cameras.  One synced and operates properly.

The other camera syncs then asks to update firmware then tells me that the brand new batteries need to be changed.  I changed the batteries and the same thing happened.

Does anyone know what is wrong?

Open the battery door and remove pack

Go to settings and for that camera use REMOVE DEVICE

put battery back in

Re-sync the camera as if new
