My first arlo cam the battery level was down to 30% and for some reason it went up to 80% now, what happend? it was my first cam that I was testing and messing around with. It's been about 3 months since I set it up.

A firmware update can cause this as well as a base station reboot.  The theory is that the battery level gets reset with what amounts to a reboot of something (a firmware update will reboot the device it was installed in).

Tell us more. What cameras? What's the physical setup? How many total minutes of live view and recording per camera? What are the WiFi indicators showing?

A firmware update might help.
