Unable to select  armed mode in arlo app.       I tested the cameras.  Motion detection, take photo and video record.   All fine.

I just cannot select any mode from the arlo app.

Arlo base station led lights are green.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app. Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com) on a computer?

I did reboot  the my phone, and base station.   I also reinstalled the app to my phone.     Tried the arlo app from samsung a9.

 

Same thing.   Not working. 

I tried to use chrome app to login.   No access to my cameras

I got old model.     Arlo pro cameras ......

I heard about Arlo is nolonger support some old system.

 

I think this arlo app error.    Not the hardware

I sent an email to appsupport@arlo.com

 

Today is Sunday.  So far answer from arlo.    I tried call arlo, but AI ONLY

I did factory reset for arlo base station!  Added my arlo pro cameras back!   Now it is working again!
